Silex Data Solutions an Information Technology Consulting Company is looking for a dynamic, fast paced individual for an Administrative Assistant for our new Puerto Rican location. This role will involve directly supporting the CEO and President with a vast opportunity for career growth. This individual must be capable of working in an unsupervised role and ability to prioritize tasks based on criticality.
What you will be doing:
- Direct involvement and assistance in the daily operations of the Executive staff.
- Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
- Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
- Assist with tasks alongside the executives
- Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via web conference, phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Marketing and social media support
